  • We will evaluate your goals and needs and help pick the right platforms and tools for you to use at your size + help to train you on them so that you can fully leverage them while reducing your learning curve and saving wasted money on pointless tools for your stage and or needs.

  • We will review your setup with all current and needed vendors to help save you money and reduce your learning curve (aka save your time) on what you should actually care about right now.

Meet Trevor

Trevor is the co-founder of Ecodrive, a B2B impact-tech company with over 600 clients and more than $1M raised. Before launching Ecodrive, he was a partner at CURIO, a digital marketing consultancy where he led full-scope strategy and growth for over 50 D2C brands at various stages. He originally cut his teeth in e-commerce as the first employee at TRUFF, contributing to the brand’s explosive rise.

We call ourselves Zero to One because getting a business off the ground is often the hardest—and most underserved—part of the journey. Trevor has been through this phase many times and helps founders shorten the learning curve, avoid costly missteps, and refine every part of their business from the start.

To ensure hands-on support, Trevor only works with 3 clients at a time, each with a minimum 3-month commitment—giving him the space to go deep and deliver real value.

  • 2 strategy calls per month (60 mins each)

  • High-level review of business model, positioning, and GTM

  • Recommendations across the business

  • Asynchronous support via email (48-hr response time)

  • Fundraising deck or financial model review (1 round)

  • Access to proven templates & resources (pitch deck, budget, etc.)

  • Introductions to vetted service providers (designers, devs, etc.)

Tier 2: Accelerator

$6,500/month

For teams with traction looking to sharpen & scale

Scope:

  • 4 strategy calls per month (60 mins each)

  • Deep-dive into brand, marketing, ops, and sales

  • Recommendations across the business

  • Fundraising deck or financial model support (2 rounds)

  • Ongoing support via email & Slack (24-hr response)

  • Direct intros to VCs, agencies, freelancers

  • Hands-on review of key initiatives (site relaunch, paid strategy, etc.)

Tier 3: Embedded

$15,000/month

For fast-moving teams needing a true partner

Scope:

  • Unlimited strategy calls & adhoc working sessions

  • Slack access with <12-hr response time
